Bonaire has long been a coveted vacation destination, especially for those who scuba dive. There are, after all, more than three hundred species of fish living on the reef, and with visibility in calm waters reaching to one hundred feet, it is no wonder divers flock here. Among the amazing sea life you can discover, you can catch a glimpse of an octopus, or see the amazing brain corals and tube sponges that live on the ocean’s floor. Not to mention the night diving that can be done here. You can see some nocturnal sea creatures near the shore line.

The main land is equally serene, with very little tourism for night life, it means it is quiet under water and above water. The conditions around the island are ideal for relaxing sun bathing, kayaking, and windsurfing. There are great waterside dining opportunities, and a small casino. You can go to a bar and listen to some live music, or take advantage of some of the best sport fishing in the area. Tarpon, Tuna and Marlin are some of the biggest catches, and you can enjoy the fresh catch of the day in a nearby cozy restaurant.
